KW Seller Consultation

 

Our listing presentation was designed around the Camp 443 consultative listing training, including several of the latest graphics from KW and selected charts from the Quarterly Metro Market Report.  It provides descriptions of free internet services which can be used to market listings.  The presentation was jointly designed by Chuck Carr and Barbara Kyle (trainer at the KW Peachtree Rd. MC). 

 

The PowerPoint version allows customization with agent logo, office logo and any other branding graphics that you may have.  This format allows personalization and incorporation of material from your current listing presentation, if desired.

 

The presentation currently contains 62 slides including the additions from the Quarterly Metro Market Report.  We continue to work with Barbara Kyle and as new training concepts become available, we plan to have occasional updates.

For $55, we provide 8 postcard layouts in Microsoft Publisher 2003 format, with Atlanta Metro market data charts from our most recent quarterly report on one side and provocative questions and a call to action on the address side.  Charts from the 36-Area Metro Market Report have been somewhat simplified so as to be more easily understood as a mailing.  You will only need to modify the address side with your office logo, branding and contact information before mailing.  If you would like to modify the wording on the address side, you can do that also in Publisher, but if not, the design is useable as it is.

 

The eight cards are composed of the following:

  1. 2010 sales by price range, with % change from 2009
  2. 2010 vs. 2009 vs. 2008 quarterly percentage change in number sold
  3. 2010 vs. 2009 foreclosure sales by price range
  4. Percent change in median sales price by quarter vs. previous years
  5. 2010 vs. 2009 vs. 2008 median sales price by quarter
  6. 2010 days on market, by price range, with % change from 2009
  7. 2010 vs. 2009 median days on market, by price range
  8. Supply of listings by price range

By including 8 postcards, the format is flexible enough to use in 8x8, 32-touch or 12-direct lead generation mailings and information is new every quarter.  They can also be embedded in an email for electronic drip campaigns, as long as Microsoft Publisher 2003 and either Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express are installed.  If you would like suggestions on mailing service options, including complete lead generation campaign design and implementation service, please contact us.
